A poor Dinner

"Did you tell mom that we should have dinner like poor people?" my son asked my mom.
She looked amused. She never thought we would remember such things.
"Yes, I did. that's to give less work to tummy."
"Is soup poor ?"
"no child, we have it 'cause it is richest in vegetables."

  4. I never thought of soup as a poor person's food. Some soups are expensive to make. I just think of soup as something special that someone made from their heart. I love soups, especially homemade. The cans in the store are getting so expensive that pretty soon very few poor people will be able to buy any.

Happy Theme Thursday, thanks for playing this week. Have a fantastic weekend.

    God bless.
