  1. What a wonderful composed haiku on divine. Could be your mother, but also the Holy Mother. Thank you for sharing.

  5. I wish I could have had or presently have such conversation with my mother ... I have them with the Blessed Mother but not my earthly one! Thank you for sharing, Nimue.

  6. If we are talking about my mother, she knew I wasn't telling the truth before I opened my mouth! My sister and I called her 'Dick Tracy'...

  7. Mothers do know! At least that's what my daughter says and yes, I think I can read her mind.

  8. i want to think that my daughter feels that way about me. there's no need to tell EVERYthing so long as what you do tell is true and she understands.

a lovely poem and a really excellent take on the 'divine' prompt!

  9. Not having my mom to talk to for these last few months have been the hardest. Something will happen and I will quickly think I need to call her about it but I cannot. Yes, a mother knows us best.

Thanks for sharing such a great motherly Haiku with us for this weeks Theme Thursday.

    God bless.
