around his death bed
the winds howl her blue feelings
paradise looks dull
Awesome haiku, a little sad story of death and the blues intwined in it, nicely done Nimue. Thank you for sharing.
Powerful words. Enjoyed them.
well penned haiku on 'life' ~ death is a part of life that frequently is avoided ~ Great job!(A Creative Harbor) on blogger ^_^
Awesome haiku!
everything does pale in the 'blue' light of death....
Ah I can see a little humor in this. Even paradise is dull, that would indeed be the blues.
Inventive haiku with verve...
death never leaves without casting a shadow of gloom...lovely Haiku Nimue
Life is heaven when you can't play a harp and flirting with angels is frowned upon.
I'm 2 days away from the 1st anniversary of my aged mother's death. Yes death is a howling, but also a profoundly blessed leaving.
Great visual and I love the last line. :-)Eliz
I think this may be the first time I've ever heard anyone describe paradise as dull!Slow Death by Guinness

when your stay is so full of love , why would you want another paradise ?
Gorgeous words; wonderful haiku.
Your haiku has so much emotion in it! I could clearly see a woman crying by her love's death bed.
Any thought ? Anything ...
